A family sanctuary in Hoi An
The warm smiles of the staff. Our spacious family suite was beautifully decorated with unique touches, and we loved relaxing by the pool overlooking the lush rice fields. The breakfast spread was really good, with fresh juices and local dishes. A highlight was the staff organizing lantern-making for our kids, which brought joy and creativity to our mornings. Leaving felt bittersweet, as if we were parting with family.
While the hotel's location provided a serene escape, it was a short ride from the vibrant old town. The shuttle service was efficient and available on demand, but we often found ourselves longing for a bit more proximity to the bustling markets and nightlife. Nonetheless, this slight inconvenience was outweighed by the very nice hospitality we received.

The hotel has such great staff that always does everything to make sure your stay is comfortable. I love the location which is next to a green rice field. The hotel has regular shuttle buses to the old town, but you can also take a free bike cos the ride is wonderful. Everything about this hotel is green, and it is the first hotel I have been to that reuses newspaper as trash bags (the way they fold them is lovely too). Very eco friendly, and we will definitely come back!
The aircon is too close to the bed which blows cold air to our heads every night, and my wife got a flu in the morning. We tried to adjust it but it didn't help much.

I had a comfy bed and large bathroom, modern room. The location around a lovely central garden was peaceful. Further, it was next to the Red Dragon restaurant down the road as well as Close enough to ride bikes to town.
Well, the area was disappointing overall.

The rooftop pool views of the rice paddies were fine, and the free bikes made exploring so much fun. Breakfast was a treat with options like delicious beef pho. Only downside, the weather didn’t cooperate with the outdoor bath!

We just loved our stay for so many reasons: Wonderful and peaceful location overlooking the rice paddies; close to the beach and old town by bike (you can rent them for free); nice design in the room and around the hotel; marble bathtub in an open air bathroom; pool on top of the roof; delicious breakfast; very friendly staff; they went out of their way to provide us with the most fun water buffalo tour and many more reasons...
...that we only had 2 days there, we would have loved to stay longer.

I loved every minute of my stay! The staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options. Being located just outside of the bustling old town, surrounded by fine rice fields, was an enchanting experience.
The only downside was the distance from the town center, some extra travel time.

The 'green' bit was very nice. They also had free bicycles to go out to the market and also a free shuttle service (a military jeep :o) that does the same. We ended up renting a bike which was also arranged by the hotel, super fun :)
The food at the hotel was ok but the staff weren't well prepared for vegan or seafood only orders. But they were still trying to accommodate us as much as possible.

Hoi An Chic is the best little secret oasis we've ever had the pleasure to come across. The staff was eager to please us and greeted us with the most genuine smiles every time we returned to the hotel from a day out, or came to ask them for something. They made us feel very special. The atmosphere is positively stunning, as if a botique hotel grew up from the middle of a rice paddy field, where you can encounter quiet village life from the comforts of a luxerious room. The rooms were immaculate and shockingly beautiful, gorgeous design features everywhere, no detail is left unattended to. Bathtubs, showers, beds and balconies are fabulous. Breakfast with Ching in the morning is a delight. Free bikes to get to town at your leisure, or a ride in the jeep shuttle, make the city center accessible. The hotel is new, so rates are low enough for the mid-end traveler to splurge, but don't wait long....once the secret is out this place is sure to be booked.
This is a new hotel so little kinks are still being worked out and the staff is honing their customer service skills - if you have the patience to let go of a few wrinkles here and there you won't mind. Their eagerness to help you will more than make up for it.
